On Sunday 15th June 2014, the stars gathered at London’s Natural History Museum to raise awareness and money for the male cancer charity ‘One for the boys’. Spreading a little blue with a fashion show and dinner.
1. Samuel L Jackson Headed Proceedings
After an amazing appearance on The Graham Norton Show (on which he recited his speech from Pulp Fiction) Mr. Jackson played host for the charity event. As an ambassador for ‘One For The Boys’, Samuel has produced several videos to raise awareness for men’s cancers. (All of which can be found at http://www.onefortheboys.com)
2. The Stars Came Out In Force.
In attendance were; David Walliams, Chris Evans, Colin Firth, Jeremy Piven, Bear Grylls, Luke Evans, Simon Pegg, David Gandy, Mr. Hudson, Jesse Metcalf
3. Here Come the Girls
Female guests included; Amanda Holden, Pixie Lott, Paloma Faith and charity founder Sofia Davis.
4. On the Catwalk
The main event of the evening was the star-studded fashion show in which familiar faces strutted their stuff including; Bear Grylls

9. Spreading a Little Blue
Performances from Mr. Hudson and Paloma Faith entertained the guests, along with a song by Luke Evans after a kind donation of 10,000. Gift bags were provided by Harrods, and a tech savvy silent auction ensured the money kept coming in.
10. All For a Good Cause
The most important part of the evening was spreading the word about Male Cancers and the way in which society views them. The money raised at the charity dinner will go towards research, education and banishing the myths surrounding cancer.
